After much thought and some tears We have decided it is time to downsize our dog program to be able to spend as much time as we can with our new grand baby. We know how time flies and we don't want to miss and of his growing up. We have been breeding Shih Tzu's for 31 years and it is time to take more time for family and the little things. So in saying this We are looking for forever homes for the dogs listed below.

Guardian homes- Everyone must live within 1 hour of Me.
with a meeting place 1/2 way before each of us as a pick up and drop off.
Serious inquiries only.
I will be looking for people who already have one of my puppies/dog who may be interest in another one but does not want to do the puppy stage again. Here is what a guardian home is.
One of my adults would go live with you for the rest of their life {they would end up being your dog}. I would have a a few more litter with them before I would officially sign them over to you.
I would pay for annually shots. I would also pay for them to be fixed when the time came. I would not bother you and it would be up to the guardian home to let me know when the dog comes into season and the dog would need to come to my home for the 7-10 days of breeding and then would go back to you until 1 week before they are to give birth, The dog would come and have the babies here with me and stay for 10 week and then go back to you.
Depending on what adult it is will determine if it would be 2-3 litters.
there would be no initial cost to you.
I have references of guardian people who have had some of my dogs.
All my guardian home people now have spayed dogs as their obligations have been filled and the dogs are now 100% theirs.
*** I would not be doing this until spring and summer accept for one who could go now cause I would not bred her until 2 more heats
** Elphaba liver and white 8 pounds. *** she could go now but this girl would have 4-5 litters. She has not had babies yet. I would not breed her this heat it would be her summer/fall heat.
here are the dogs I will be looking for guardian homes for.
1st- Meela- gold and white 12 pounds. She would be able to go mid/end April
2nd- Alani red 8/10 pounds. She would be able to go end of May
3rd Holly 10/11 pounds- Not sure yet when she could go.
